Preorder Policy
Thank you for choosing Level1 Collectibles for your preorder needs. By placing a preorder with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Deposit Requirement
A 25% deposit is required to place your preorder, unless stated otherwise in the preorder details.
Order Fulfillment
Our goal is to ensure that as many customers as possible can secure their preorders. To achieve this, we may prioritize small orders from everyday fans (e.g., one booster box) or make other discretionary decisions based on allocation constraints. While we strive to fulfill all preorders fairly, fulfillment is subject to availability.
As preorders are subject to allocation, we may be unable to fulfill your order in full due to allocation cuts or other factors. If we cannot fulfill your entire order, we will issue a full refund of your deposit within 48 hours of confirming this. If we are able to fulfill only part of your order, we will proceed with that, and any excess deposit—after deducting the fulfilled amount—will be refunded.
Once your allocation is confirmed, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance. Please settle the outstanding payment within 7 calendar days of receiving the invoice. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your allocation and forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated non-payment may affect your ability to place preorders with us in the future. If the preorder is not collected or fully settled within 30 calendar days of the first message sent to you to settle the remaining balance, you forfeit your deposit, and the order will be cancelled.
Preorder Price Lock-in
The preorder price is final and will not be adjusted based on market price fluctuations. By placing a preorder, you agree to pay the remaining balance based on the price at the time of preorder, regardless of any price changes before release.
Preorder Cancellation / Deposit Refund
We do not accept any preorder cancellation or deposit refund requests after the preorder has been placed. Please order responsibly.
Delivery Timeline
Please expect some delays in receiving your product due to unforeseen circumstances during shipping. In the event of a delay exceeding 2 weeks from the expected delivery date, you have the option to request a refund, which will be reviewed on a per-case basis.
Product Condition
We always sell products in mint condition. If you want the items to reach you in the best condition possible, please opt for self-collection at 370024 or arrange your own delivery.
For self-collection, please pick up your order within two weeks of the product’s release date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your allocation and forfeiture of your deposit. You may notify us if you need more time.
Delivery
Delivery fees are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise, such as a free shipping promotion for large orders.
Delivery fees will depend on the package size and destination, and these will be advised at a later time.
We are not liable for any damages to the item during delivery.
Policy Amendments
Level1 Collectibles reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Such amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication.
