2. Any order is final and cannot be refunded.
3. The item will be available to be shipped or self-collected early February. We will contact you when we have received the stock. Please expect delays. We cannot promise the exact date as we are also expecting shipping delays from our supplier, especially given Lunar New Year. If we could not ship your order by 14 Feb, we will issue a 100% refund to you.
4. We will ship to you with adequate packaging for both the box and promo card (both sealed).
5. Rest assured, we will NOT cancel your order so we can sell it for a higher price. However, in unforeseen circumstances that we don't have control over that prevents us from fulfilling your order, i.e. supplier somehow fails to deliver the products to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a 100% refund to you.
